Signature Peptides collects only the information needed to operate this site: the email address and business type you provide at registration, and the contact and shipping details you submit with an order or inquiry. Registration details are transmitted to us for account administration and are also stored locally on your own device.

Order and inquiry details are transmitted to us by email through a form-relay service and are used solely to process your order, respond to your inquiry, and maintain records required for compliance. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Service providers used to operate the site (hosting, form relay, email) process data only as needed to provide their services. We retain order correspondence for as long as required for business and compliance purposes.

You may request access to or deletion of your information by writing to support@signaturepeptides.us. California residents may exercise applicable rights under the CCPA by contacting the same address.

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days of confirmation. Domestic orders ship free; international destinations are quoted at checkout.

Shipments use temperature-controlled packaging where required by compound stability specifications. Shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. International orders are quoted an estimated carrier charge at checkout based on the destination and order size; the final cost may be adjusted before dispatch, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Tracking details are sent to the email address on the order once the shipment is dispatched.

1. Who we sell to
Signature Peptides supplies research compounds to registered businesses, laboratories, academic institutions and other research organisations only. We do not sell to private individuals or consumers. By opening an account you represent that you are acting on behalf of a registered organisation, that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and that you are at least 21 years of age. Accounts are reviewed and must be approved before orders can be placed, and we may request documentation evidencing your organisation’s registration and research activity.

2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator for human or veterinary use, and they must not be administered to humans or animals, used in any clinical or diagnostic application, or resold or repackaged for any such purpose. Purchasers are solely responsible for handling products in accordance with applicable law and for ensuring that anyone handling them is appropriately qualified.

3. Account and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Providing false or misleading information voids the account and any pending orders. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we believe products may be diverted to human or veterinary use or to a prohibited destination.

4. Orders, pricing and acceptance
An order placed through this site is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment in full. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are re-calculated by our systems at the time of order; where a price is listed in error we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is received and verified. Where a payment reference is issued with your order, it must be included with your payment so the payment can be matched to the order.

6. Shipping, title and risk
Shipping within the United States is free. International orders are quoted at checkout using live carrier rates for the destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. You are the importer of record for international shipments and are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported into the destination country. We do not ship to destinations where supply would be unlawful.

7. Returns
Because of the regulated nature of these products we cannot accept returns. If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us by email within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

8. Documentation
Lot-matched certificates of analysis are available for the compounds we publish them for. Safety Data Sheets are supplied with shipments where applicable. Analytical results describe the lot tested and are provided for informational purposes.

9. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, storage, handling, transport, export and disposal of the products, including controlled-substance and listed-chemical regulations, export controls and sanctions. You will not export, re-export or divert any product in breach of those laws.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are supplied “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No statement on this site constitutes medical advice or a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Peptides against any claim, loss or expense arising from your use, handling, storage, transfer or disposal of the products, or from your breach of these terms.

13. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and continued use of the site or placement of further orders constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Signature Peptides makes no claim that any product prevents, treats, cures, mitigates or diagnoses any disease or condition in humans or animals, and publishes no dosing, administration or usage guidance for humans or animals.

Every product page, product label, order confirmation and shipment carries a research-use-only statement. Every account holder must attest at registration that products will not be administered to humans or animals and will not be resold or repackaged for such use.

Signature Peptides sells to registered businesses, laboratories and research institutions only. Accounts are verified before ordering is enabled, and any account found to be purchasing for human or veterinary use is terminated and its orders cancelled.

1. Scope and responsibility
This policy governs how Signature Peptides sources, stores, sells and ships research compounds. A designated compliance officer is responsible for account vetting, shipment screening, record keeping and for reviewing this policy at least annually.

2. Business-to-business only
Signature Peptides does not sell to consumers. Ordering is technically disabled until an account has been verified and approved. Verification includes: confirmation of the legal entity name and EIN or equivalent registration number; confirmation that the contact is authorised to purchase for that entity; review of the organisation’s stated research activity; and a check that the business email domain and shipping address are consistent with the organisation. Records of each approval decision are retained.

3. Controlled substances and listed chemicals
Signature Peptides does not offer, hold or ship any substance scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act, nor any DEA List I or List II chemical. Products are peptide research compounds that are not scheduled and are not listed chemicals. Should any product we distribute become scheduled or listed, it is removed from sale immediately and no further shipments are made unless and until the applicable DEA registration and reporting requirements are satisfied. Orders are screened for indicators of diversion — unusual quantities, mismatched or freight-forwarding addresses, payment inconsistent with the stated business, and requests to omit documentation — and suspicious orders are refused and recorded.

4. Shipping restrictions
Every shipment is screened against destination restrictions before a label is purchased. We do not ship to destinations where supply, import or possession would be unlawful, nor to parties on applicable restricted-party lists. International purchasers are the importer of record and are responsible for confirming that import is lawful in their country. Carrier and customs documentation describes the contents accurately; contents are never mis-declared.

5. Hazardous materials, storage and transport
Products are lyophilised peptide powders in sealed vials. They are not classified as dangerous goods for transport under IATA, DOT or IMDG rules, and are shipped as general merchandise. Inventory is held in a controlled, access-restricted area at the storage temperature stated on the product documentation, and shipments use temperature-controlled packaging where compound stability requires it. Where any product we distribute is classified as a hazardous material, it is packaged, labelled, documented and shipped in accordance with 49 CFR and the applicable carrier requirements by trained personnel, and is not shipped until those requirements are met.

6. Labelling and Safety Data Sheets
Every vial is labelled with the compound name, net content, vial format, lot number, storage conditions and a “For Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use” statement. A Safety Data Sheet for each compound, supplied by the manufacturer, is provided with shipments and on request.

7. Supplier qualification
Suppliers are qualified before purchase and re-reviewed periodically. Qualification covers the supplier’s legal registration, manufacturing and quality documentation, third-party analytical testing, and the Safety Data Sheets and certificates of analysis supplied with each lot. Purchases are made under written supply agreements.

8. Records
Account applications and approval decisions, order and shipment records, certificates of analysis, Safety Data Sheets and supplier documentation are retained for no less than the period required by applicable law. Records are made available to regulators, banking partners and payment processors on request.

9. Training and review
Personnel handling orders, inventory and shipments are trained on this policy and on the restrictions above. The policy is reviewed at least annually and whenever the product range or applicable regulations change.

10. Reporting
Suspected diversion, misuse or any request to supply for human or veterinary use is escalated to the compliance officer, refused, recorded, and reported to the relevant authority where required.

Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected.
